“Naim, Shaket, Ragua” (Nice, Quiet, Calm)

Calm Children in the Classroom and at Home

The self-calming technique, “Naim, Shaket, Ragua” is a unique technique that was developed in Israel by a group of educators and therapists. The technique has been implemented for many years in the educational system.
From kindergarten age children learn a coping skill that enables them to calm themselves immediately at a time of pressure and cope in a healthy way at any time or place. The technique is suitable for children and adults from all developmental, ethnic or religious backgrounds.
